Unexpected issues always arise during a project, some the client may not have anticipated. Having worked most of her career in the architecture and engineering industry, Ann has the unique ability to take complex technical information and present it in a clear manner that is understandable for non-technical audiences. Ann believes good storytelling and writing begins with attentively listening to the client, aligning the message with the company vision and genuinely connecting with the audience. She spends time with her clients, making a connection to better deliver solutions. She has an energetic personality and loves being challenged. He developed software to analyze monopoles (when none existed), holds several U.S. patents for monopole reinforcing systems and developed a stronger, more efficient blind bolt system for monopole reinforcement. In his current role as President of the firm, Dave’s focus continues to be on innovation and customer service. He can often be heard saying, “We have to earn the client’s business every day.” Dave is passionate about helping clients. Dave holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the TIA TR-14 Structural Standards for Communications Structures Committee.

Rich is instrumental in developing designs for prototype structures. Rich’s approach to managing client projects centers entirely on client satisfaction and service. He genuinely cares about his clients and works diligently to deliver solutions for their sites. He has developed and implemented software that automates the design and analysis process for utility structures. Most recently, he has specialized in deep foundation systems and unique pile solutions. Justin currently oversees the Monopole Department in the firm’s Communications Group. His style to managing his team is to get to know the individual capabilities of each and giving them responsibilities based on their unique technical abilities. Justin believes that a good manager should be an expert in the tasks that staff are asked to perform. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on renovation work. Jeff is highly skilled at project detailing and has an extensive knowledge of constructability issues which ensures that clients receive the most cost-effective solution. Jeff believes that project management is about critical thinking and not just reacting to circumstances. Kyle’s professional focus and technical abilities center on antennae mounts and tower foundations including ways to increase capacity for both. He has worked with several mount manufacturers to perform finite element analysis (FEA) on mount connections to accurately predict pole behavior under given conditions and improve design. Kyle’s management style combines his exceptional technical capabilities with a practical approach which results in tailored solutions to fit the client’s needs. He is personable, humble and knows when to stop talking and start listening. Kyle values client feedback, using it to improve project processes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. He currently serves on the TIA Ad Hoc Groups for U-bolts and for Foundations.

Chris has worked in information technology for over 30 years. He also has a solid background in software development. Chris is responsible for developing and managing hardware, software and storage. Basically, he does whatever it takes to make certain that systems are operational, safe and efficient even if that means working on a weekend or addressing an issue in the middle of the night.
